Production, Shipping and Delivery Times

FUNCO operates using a print-on-demand manufacturing model through trusted production and fulfillment partners, including Gelato.

Products are manufactured individually after an order has been successfully placed and accepted.

As a result, total delivery time consists of:

• order processing time;

• production time;

• shipping and transit time.

Production begins only after the order has been received and approved for fulfillment.

Because products are manufactured on demand, delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Estimated delivery times include:

• receipt and processing of the order;

• production of the product;

• packaging;

• transfer to the shipping carrier;

• transportation to the final destination.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• product type;

• destination country;

• production capacity;

• customs procedures;

• carrier performance;

• weather conditions;

• seasonal demand;

• force majeure events;

• other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FUNCO and its fulfillment partners make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

The final estimated delivery date applicable to a specific order will be displayed during checkout and in the order confirmation where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on factors including:

• destination country;

• shipping method selected;

• carrier rates;

• production location.

Shipping costs displayed on product pages are indicative only where applicable.

The final shipping cost payable for an order will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

FUNCO reserves the right to modify shipping rates where required by changes in carrier pricing, logistics costs or fulfillment partner rates.

Global Production Network

To reduce delivery times and environmental impact, products may be manufactured and shipped from production facilities located in different countries within Gelato's global fulfillment network.

The production location used for a specific order is determined automatically based on factors such as:

• product availability;

• production capacity;

• delivery destination;

• operational efficiency.

Customers acknowledge that products may be produced and shipped from a country different from the country in which the order was placed.

Delays Beyond Our Control

FUNCO shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

• customs inspections or customs clearance procedures;

• postal service disruptions;

• courier delays;

• transportation disruptions;

• weather conditions;

• labour disputes;

• governmental restrictions;

• force majeure events;

• failures of third-party logistics providers;

• delays attributable to production partners.

Where such delays occur, delivery estimates may be adjusted without liability on the part of FUNCO.

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery dates displayed on the Website, in order confirmations or provided by customer support are estimates only.

FUNCO does not guarantee that any order will be delivered by a particular date or within a specific number of days.

Customers are advised not to place orders where delivery by a fixed date is essential unless a written guarantee has been expressly provided by FUNCO.
